  1. World of Concrete (June 8-10; Las Vegas, Nevada)

World of Concrete (WOC) announced its decision to reschedule WOC 2021 from January to June. WOC will now take place June 8-10, 2021, with educational offerings June 7-10, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“We have a commitment to our exhibitors and attendees to provide a valuable and productive face-to-face experience at WOC each year,” said Jackie James, group director, World of Concrete. “This is the first time in our 46-year history we have been faced with circumstances that have caused us to reschedule the event. We feel the new June dates will provide everyone with the necessary time to plan effectively and allows us to reimagine WOC for a different time of the year. “

Attended annually by concrete and masonry professionals worldwide, World of Concrete is the top event for staying on top of all the trends, technologies, and equipment in the construction trade. The event annually attracts more than 60,000 professionals and features a New Product Zone, demonstration areas, a packed exhibition floor, and networking opportunities.   1. AGC National Convention (March 29-April 1, 2021; Orlando, Florida)

The Associated General Contractors of America, or AGC, have held this construction conference for more than 100 years—and it’s still going strong today. Coming to the Bellagio next March, the AGC National Convention is expected to attract more than 2,500 attendees throughout the three-day conference. Its highlights include a mix of breakout sessions, exhibitors showcasing the latest products to the AEC market, networking, entertainment, and more.

  1. NASCC: The Steel Conference (April 14-16, 2021; Louisville, Kentucky)

New York’s largest construction and design show returns to the Javits Center in May 2021. The event is free to attend and features more than 200 leading industry speakers, an expansive show floor, industry-approved workshops, and more. If you’re in or around New York next March, make sure this show is on your list. Being that it’s free, you don’t have anything to lose.

  1. International Builders Show (February 9-12; Virtual)

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) announced that the 2021 International Builders’ Show (IBS) will be held virtually.

IBSx is the NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) virtual experience and will connect with the home Irving TX Roof building industry together, online. This expansion of IBS, the most comprehensive, business-building event in residential construction, will include new product pavilions, networking opportunities, and exclusive interactive education to help you find solutions, tap into the latest industry trends and propel your Irving TX Roofing business into the future.

The association made the following statement: “This decision was the result of countless hours of research, meetings with NAHB member leadership, talking with exhibitors, and surveying attendees. But ultimately, the health and safety of IBS attendees and exhibitors, as well as the ability to produce a signature event experience, outweighed all other considerations. ”
